1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the 6z666 website accessible at https://6z666.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and API services.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and is using its services.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of Real Money funds and Bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by the Player using an approved payment method, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 6z666 subject to specific wagering and redemption conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. 6z666 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access by players in Prohibited Jurisdictions. 6z666 reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at any time without notice.

3.3 Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You further confirm that you are not a professional gambler whose participation is prohibited by any applicable regulation, and that you are not registering on behalf of any third party.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 6z666 will close all but the earliest-created Account, void any Bonus Funds associated with the duplicate Accounts, and may withhold winnings generated using Bonus Funds across those Accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information at registration and to maintain that information in an up-to-date state throughout the life of your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and preferred payment method details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Verification (KYC)

6z666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may at any time — including at the point of first withdrawal — request copies of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant bKash or Nagad account). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 6z666 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after successful KYC verification, provided no withdrawal conditions remain outstanding.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account. 6z666 will never request your password through any communication channel. You agree to notify the 6z666 support team immediately if you believe your Account credentials have been compromised. All activity recorded under your Account credentials will be deemed authorised by you unless and until a compromise has been formally reported to us.

6z666 recommends that players use a strong, unique password and enable any additional security features made available on the Platform. 6z666 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

6. Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6z666 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 6z666, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

6.3 Processing Time

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to the Account Balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. 6z666 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.

6.4 Deposit Restrictions

All funds deposited into a 6z666 Account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment source that does not match the Account holder's registered name will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.5 No Deposit Fees

6z666 does not charge a fee on deposits made via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Standard fees imposed by your own payment provider may apply and are outside 6z666's control.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are processed and settled within 60 seconds under standard conditions, 24 hours a day. Withdrawals to bank accounts are subject to standard banking processing times and may take 1–3 business days.

7.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the 6z666 compliance team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of both the Player's funds and the Platform.

7.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

6z666 reserves the right to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not yet submitted or passed KYC verification may experience delays. Providing accurate registration information from the outset will minimise any such delay.

7.5 Withholding of Withdrawals

6z666 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal where: (a) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (b) the Account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms; (c) the Player has an outstanding Wagering Requirement on Bonus Funds; or (d) the Player has not completed KYC verification. In such cases, 6z666 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before making any final determination on the withheld funds.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered by 6z666 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which include the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limits and any maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. These specific terms are incorporated into and governed by these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the relevant Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Wagering Requirements are calculated on the total Bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Contributions from different game types toward the Wagering Requirement are set out in the relevant promotional communication. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% and live table games contribute a lower percentage as specified per offer.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

6z666 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk covering bets to meet a Wagering Requirement with minimal risk exposure, and withdrawing before a Wagering Requirement has been satisfied. Where bonus abuse is identified, 6z666 reserves the right to cancel the Bonus Funds, void any associated winnings and close the Account without further notice.

8.4 Promotional Calendar

6z666 runs Bangladesh-specific promotions tied to key local events including BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day and the T20 World Cup. Details of current promotions are published on the Platform. 6z666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. No compensation is payable for the discontinuation of a promotional offer.

8.5 One Welcome Bonus Per Player

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only, strictly one per person, household, IP address or shared device. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction by registering multiple Accounts will be treated as bonus abuse under Section 8.3 above.

9. Betting Rules

9.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the 6z666 sports betting section are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to the relevant market. A bet is confirmed only upon the Platform issuing a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. 6z666 reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including after a bet slip has been submitted, where there are grounds to suspect error, feed failure or abuse.

9.2 Odds Errors

Where a bet is accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical error or data feed malfunction ("palpable error"), 6z666 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. In determining whether an error is palpable, 6z666 will consider the true market odds available for the event at the time the bet was placed.

9.3 Cricket & Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets on cricket — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to market suspension during significant match events (wickets, rain delays, DLS calculations). Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided. Settled bets will not be revisited following the conclusion of an event unless a clear settlement error is identified within 24 hours of the event outcome being confirmed.

9.4 Bet Limits

6z666 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Player or market at any time. Maximum winnings per single bet may be capped as communicated in the Platform's betting rules section. Players who consistently exploit odds discrepancies or place bets in patterns consistent with professional arbitrage may have their stake limits reduced at 6z666's discretion.

10. Casino Games

10.1 Game Fairness

10.2 Return to Player

10.3 Technical Malfunctions

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6z666 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.

12. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 6z666.

The 6z666 brand name and logo are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these identifiers in any context — including on third-party websites, social media accounts or marketing materials — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

13. Privacy & Data

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, game activity logging and support interactions.

6z666 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or any other conduct that may harm the Platform, other players or any third party. During a suspension period, the Account Balance will be frozen pending investigation.

15.2 Permanent Closure by 6z666

Following investigation of a suspended Account, 6z666 may permanently close the Account and, where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, forfeit the Account Balance in whole or in part. In cases involving fraud or money laundering, 6z666 reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

15.3 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification, provided no outstanding Wagering Requirements or compliance holds exist.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6z666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses resulting from reliance on Platform content. 6z666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

17. Amendments to These Terms

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of contract law applicable to online service agreements.
